Today we’re excited to be connecting with Kara Farley again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Kara, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
I am doctor Farley the owner and founder of Mid Cities Direct Primary Care. We are an affordable membership-based primary care practice focused on providing easy access to high quality medical care for our patients. We focus on the doctor-patient relationship. We treat all ages and love having families in our practice. We treat chronic conditions, orthopedic injuries, women’s health, hormone replacement, weight loss and pediatric patients. We do procedures like biopsies and stitches as well. We have grown significantly in the past two years and we have another physician and a nurse practitioner as well as a nurse and two medical asisstants.

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
Since our last shout out, we have added another physician, Dr. Kiana Clem to our team. She has allowed our practice to continue growing and we are excited to see even more growth in 2025.
