We had the good fortune of connecting with Kaitlin Lovern and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kaitlin, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Helping clients find their home and place in their local community is deep rooted passion we have.

On a global reach, with every listing sold we make a contribution to an organization that is very near and dear to my heart, Operation Smile. Our son was born with a cleft and palate during the midst of the pandemic. He received two live changing surgeries that I am forever grateful for. Operation smile’s Mission is “Through our expertise in treating cleft lip and cleft palate, we create solutions that deliver safe surgery to people where it’s needed most.”

I honestly can’t imagine having walked the difficult steps we faced as parents without the abundant amount of resources we had at our finger tips in the Dallas area. We are proud to support forever changing a life and give a smile with each closing.

What should our readers know about your business?
The cold hard truth is that 85% of real estate agents do not make it in this business. I would describe my first year as humbling. It is a very challenging business but it is also one I am indebted to.

My success has been fueled by the philosophy I embrace that each transaction deserves uncompromised trust, market expertise and open communication. I live my life and run my business by always putting my clients’ needs above all else.

We simply view your estate as piece in our portfolio. We don’t cut corners when it comes to representing our clients.

In a business that is saturated with agents, I set myself apart by striving to be the most educated agent in the field. I proudly carry the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. Continuing my real estate education to better serve my clients is, and always will be, a priority to me. With extended knowledge of the industry and contracts, I value attention to detail and dedication to do my job at its very best. Whether buying or selling, we have innovative ideas that are SURE to make you stand out in this competitive market!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite Frisco hot spot would be J. Theodore. I love meeting girlfriends there for lunch on the patio or enjoying a hand-juiced cocktails out while out on a date with my husband. They even have a swanky speakeasy you can sneak into after 5pm. J.Theodore will give you all the feels!

My favorite kid friendly spot in Frisco, TX is Kid Zania. This a place where kids really get to be whatever they want to me. It is an ultra-realistic city, where your kid can become a firefighter and hose down flames with real water, fly an actual Boeing-737 airplane, investigate a crime scene, perform on stage, and several other real-life occupations! Watching the sparkle in my kids eyes is PRICELESS!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Dad has always been one of my biggest supporters. He instilled work ethic and affirmations in me from a young age. I would like to think that his entrepreneur spirit lead me to be the business woman I am today. Secondly, would be my husband Maxx. He is the one that really encouraged me to take the initial plunge into real estate and is my partner in all major decision making. He’s also the world’s best husband and dad that does double duty while I am out with clients on the weekends.

I also have a wonderful business coach named, Hank Cassi. He is a weekly sounding board that offers me accountability, business development, strategize sessions and helps me to prioritize what is most important. Real estate can be a lonely island and candidly I wouldn’t be where I am without all their crucial roles.

But most importantly I am where I am today because of the mercy and unconditionally loved that I have received thanks to my savior, Jesus Christ. His hand and His grace have been evident through my life’s struggles, hardships, and victories.
