We had the good fortune of connecting with Jordan Harbin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jordan, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?

To us, this means that we have to help you be able to explore the extraordinary, by leaving behind the ordinary. With our commitment to safety and adventure, we invite parents to relax or join in the fun as we take your family through an adventure, they’ll want to experience time and time again!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
There was a time in my life where I had to realize something, something hard. We were far from rich. We couldn’t afford the jump passes to go to places like Catapult, or to have birthday parties at a cool place like this. We were also different, one of my siblings was special needs so it was harder on my parents to know we would be safe somewhere like this.
Because of this, I’ve dedicated my time and efforts to making sure we are hyper- inclusive. We welcome people from every walk of life, with budget friendly options like our memberships, and weekday parties at lower cost. We have things like our Catapult Cares initiatives, where we make sure our building is set to a sensory friendly setting and make sure all our staff is well trained on inclusivity so we can assist parents and jumpers that need just a little extra assistance! These things make me proud, proud to be able to execute these things for our guests and proud to work for a company that supports those dreams and initiatives.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would absolutely need to go visit grapevine mills mall, there so much to see and do in that one location, and the deal are unbeatable!

I would also say in our neck of the woods you’ve got to visit patriotic pig! Best dang BBQ I’ve ever had.
You can’t miss going down to the fort worth stockyards and if you’re ready for a sweet treat we’ve absolutely got to go to dusty boys beignets!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The city of North Richland Hills has come together to help make launching our business in this enchanting neighborhood a breeze! We couldn’t do this without our wonderful and dedicated city staff who are always there to lend a hand.
