We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeremy Redig and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeremy, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I was having a hard time finding opportunity and i started in a new trade recently which i loved and enjoyed. I asked them to send me to training so I could learn more and run crews for them and they were not interested. That began my journey into starting my own business.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I feel like this would be easier to say in a video. Many many challenges. Many failures. Many comebacks. Stay the course and committed to doing the right thing, trust God to see you through.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
A good seafood restaurant, a baseball game, a recovery meeting perhaps, maybe take them out on the boat.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
In the beginning, my recovery sponsor encouraged me to start. At other times in my life, I had mentors and my wife who helped me and the business during tough times.
