We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeremy Anderson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jeremy, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
I believe that success is not defined by money nor social status. Success is define by being happy with where you are in your life and your career. Reaching your goals, not being in the same spot you were previously and also being happy with the risk you have taken to succeed. It’s all defined by you.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart from others is my perspective on life whether good or bad. Also my creative mind will create ideas that a lot of people will not see the vision behind.
I got to where I was today by taking risk and figuring things out when I didn’t know what I was doing. I had to improvise while still in the moment.
What i’ve learned along the way is that nothing is promise. No matter how much work you do, what you expect is not promised. Your plans for your life can definitely be completely different than what you expect. Life happens to all
of us. We find new talents, our interest change, new opportunities arise etc. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable because things can change at any minute.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Considering the fact that I just moved here last year, I’ve seen many places but I still have so many places to discover. I would definitely go to these places:
Friday: Cinemark Central Plano (Movies)
Visit Legacy Hall (Plano) to grab something to eat
Saturday: AT&T Discovery District
Explore Dallas Museum of Art
Visit Deep Ellum to grab something to eat and walk around to enjoy the area
Sunday: Go to the Dallas Galleria Mall to shop
Take a walk in Klyde Warren Park
Enjoy a nice lunch at What The PHO
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give all of my appreciate to God for bringing me though any and everything in my life. Without him, nothing would be possible.
