We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenna Dickenson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jenna, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When I started my company I searched for months for an off-the-shelf application that would help create efficiencies, scalability, and best practices in my business. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find an app that was customized for my industry, so I created it myself out of necessity. Once we saw the need for our application, we switched gears and now the business focuses soley on reselling the application we built!

What should our readers know about your business?
My Favorite Processor is a custom-built toolset for loan processors. What separates us from the rest is our focus on implementing tried & true best practices into the daily practice of loan processing to create efficiencies, scalability, and ultimately more income!

We are proud to be a woman-owned tech startup!

It has taken our team well over 10 years of experience and thousands of loans processed to gain the experience and knowledge to create this product. Our passion is to share our knowledge and systems with the mortgage industry, enabling them to close more loans with less effort!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Frances Pike deserves a HUGE shoutout. As my spiritual mentor and mother, she walked alongside of me as I prayerfully considered leaving corporate America to open my own business.
