We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaden Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaden, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
Learning how to balance everything over time is something that I have not mastered but have learned to be patient and embrace the imbalance. My life has changed a lot already with getting married last year and then having our first baby. I think of it as “there is no balance so just embrace the imbalance.” It makes life easier and I just address every situation with priority, so at the end of the day everything will get done.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from others is my passion for serving Jesus Christ. In everything I do, I do it as if I’m serving the Lord so my gifts and services are outstanding. I’ve always been a leader and my ability to lead has brought me great skills in business. It has not always been an easy journey but with the help of the Lord and my family, I’ve been getting better in all of my crafts as the years go on. Some of the things I’ve learned along the way is that failure comes with success. If you’re not failing, you have nothing to learn from and you won’t succeed. I want the world to know that I’m a mom and wife. I love my family and I want my kids to see their parents do big things! My husband and I want to pass down our business to our children and keep it going. We have made a lot of changes over time and even wanted to quit at times but with prayer and trusting God, we’re still going. Our brand is Christian based and black owned. We love everyone and thank everyone for their support.
