Hi Harrison, how do you think about risk?

Real estate is a high-risk industry, and in order to succeed in real estate development, one must be willing to take risks. Real estate development can be a risky venture, but success in this field requires knowing how to minimize risk and choose the right opportunities. It takes courage to take on high-risk deals, but it’s through these moments of risk that we can reach our business goals and establish ourselves in the industry. However, it’s important to understand that success in real estate is about knowing how to mitigate risk and choosing which risks to take. When considering high-risk deals, there is usually a large investment or a building in an area that may not be viewed as profitable.

As I grew my business, I networked with certain individuals, did favors, and invested a lot of my own money. Although this was risky, it was worth it because it allowed me to establish myself in the industry and connect with high-net-worth investors and clients. Starting a business is never easy, and taking risks can be daunting, but it’s important to give yourself grace and know that these moments of risk can ultimately make or break the future of your business.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If you are in search of a chill and mind-blowing place to dine, and you are an adventurous eater, then I would highly recommend Cris and Jons restaurant. It is one of the best restaurants that I have ever been to, offering Mexican and Vietnamese fusion food. Make sure to visit the restaurant with a huge appetite!

If you are looking for a fancy and luxurious dining experience, with stunning views, then I would definitely suggest visiting Monarch Dallas. It is located on the top floor of the National Hotel. Make sure to book a booth with a window seat to enjoy the breathtaking views. Although it may give you a bit of an adrenaline rush, the experience is totally worth it.

I am honored to dedicate this article as a shoutout to my beloved family, my wife Jazzmyn, and my 16-month-old son Zaire. They are the ones who inspire me to wake up each day with a sense of purpose and strive to achieve my goals. Jazzmyn is not only a beautiful wife but also my best friend and partner in life, who supports me through thick and thin. She plays a huge role in the administration side of HD3 Custom Homes. Zaire is the most precious human being in my life, and his innocent smile makes me forget all my worries. I would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who has been my guiding light and source of strength throughout my journey. Without His divine grace and blessings, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to become the man I am today.
