Meet Harman Cheema | Real Estate Advisor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Harman Cheema and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Harman, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success has been staying true to my values—transparency, long-term relationships, and doing what’s right over what’s easy Here are the 5 things which I always follow:
1️⃣ Transparency Above All
I believe in being 100% upfront—good, bad, or ugly. My clients always know exactly where we stand, and that trust is what builds lifelong relationships.
2️⃣ Long-Term Vision, Not Just Transactions
I don’t measure success by closing a deal; I measure it by how well I’ve set up my clients for wealth, stability, and growth years down the line.
3️⃣ Numbers-Driven Approach
Coming from a tech background, I’m wired to analyze data and spot strong deals. I make sure my clients don’t just like their home, but that it also works as an investment for the future.
4️⃣ Personalized Care
I treat every client as if they’re family. I take their goals personally and go above and beyond to make the entire process stress-free, seamless, and enjoyable.
5️⃣ Always Accessible & Hands-On
From start to finish, my clients know they can reach me directly. I do the heavy lifting so they can feel confident, comfortable, and informed at every step.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Getting to the top is never easy—you’ve got to start somewhere, and in the beginning, you’re often just “no one” to most people. I still remember when I first started out and asked someone how to advertise in D Magazine. Their response? “Don’t worry about it—you’ll probably get there by retirement. You’ve got a lifetime to figure it out.”
At the time, I was too naïve to take offense—I just shrugged off the negativity and focused on mastering my craft. My mindset was simple: if I keep learning, keep improving, and serve my clients at the highest level, the results will speak louder than anything else.
And they did. The people who believed in me early on stuck with me through every transaction, and that was the biggest compliment I could ever receive. They saw how my research went far deeper than the average Realtor’s pitch, and how my service wasn’t just about selling a home—it was about creating an experience they’d never forget.
With their trust, support, and God’s grace, I not only made it into D Magazine—but I did it way sooner than anyone (including that guy who told me to “wait until retirement”) thought possible.
So the lesson? Ignore the noise, double down on your craft, and let your results do the talking.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would dedicate my success first and foremost to my parents. They worked tirelessly and poured their lifetime of savings into ensuring their kids had the best education and opportunities. Growing up watching their sacrifices instilled in me an unshakable drive to push myself harder each month, each year—not to compete with others, but to constantly outdo the person I was yesterday.
The self-discipline, focus, and ambition that define my journey all come from witnessing their struggles and resilience. Every milestone I’ve achieved is a reflection of their hard work and support. My parents remain the pillars of my life, and I carry immense gratitude for my family each and every day.
