Hi Hansel, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting your own business is like starting a new journey towards your passion or what you love to do. I believe when starting a business it has to be something you love to do, and brings some type of joy to your life. That joy can be the money you make or the freedom of having your own time schedule and not having to clock-in for someone else.

My business is centered around Real Estate. The reason I chose Real Estate for my first business venture is because almost 90% of millionaires have a share in Real Estate, I want to help the need for affordable housing, and I enjoy teaching and helping people learn about the many opportunities within this space.

What should our readers know about your business?
I have a few roles, first I a Texas Realtor and newly owner of a Real Estate Investment company.

I’m excited to see what 2022 brings to me and my businesses. I am looking forward to expanding my clientele and helping more people find their dream homes. By being a realtor and investor I can help clients find a home, sell a home and also help those who may be in a bind with foreclosures or just needing to get rid of a property.

Today my new goal is to create a Million dollar Real Estate portfolio and teach people how to do the same.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I were to recommend some spots in the DFW area they would be: – Grandscape (The colony), Lots of food spots, shops, lounge ares.
– The Star (Frisco area) Great restaurants, cow boys practice stadium, few clubs
– Deep Ellum (Down Town Dallas) good place to go if new to the city, full of bars, restaurants

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First I want to shout out God above.

Second I want to shout out to all my friends, Family, and partners that support me and continue to help me along the way.

Lastly I want to shout out to the process. Yes, the process because without the set backs, the obstacles, and learning experiences I wouldn’t be were I am today. I’ve learned to enjoy the process because after you make it to your goal, its the process of how you got there that makes it worth the achievement.
