Hi Glenica, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of Pristine & Spotless Cleaning has been remaining consistent. It’s important to show up daily not only for the brand but also for our dedicated team and those who use our services currently. Without consistency we wouldn’t have the results that we do now and we wouldn’t be able to reach a larger audience in order to gain new clients or even just simply informing homeowners on the best practices when it comes to cleaning. Consistent outreach is a must especially when it comes to sales and providing the best customer service possible.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Pristine & Spotless is a professional residential and commercial cleaning service dedicated to providing a luxurious cleaning experience for busy professionals, hard working parents and business owners. Our goal is to simplify your life, create more time in your day and enhance your environment so that you reap the benefits of having a clutter free space.

Many people don’t realize that having a clean and clutter free home can reduce stress, increase productivity and give you back hours in your day that would have otherwise been spent cleaning. Detailed cleans are guaranteed with every service as we pride ourselves in making sure our clients’ needs are exceeded continuously and that is what sets us apart from others. Whether you work from home or in an office, hosting loved ones or moving we will leave your home and environment in pristine condition and give you more time to do the things that matter most! We are most grateful to provide a service that so many can benefit from or struggle with maintaining. It can be a lot on someone to work long hours or even balance activities with your children while also trying to maintain a home that seems to never be cleaned all at once so we enjoy the fact that we can give our clients a piece of mind when they return home from their busy day.

We were founded in Charlotte, North Carolina and getting started there wasn’t hard at all. I wrote out my business plan to have a guide on who I was targeting and how I was going to go about marketing and went from there! I reached out to my dogs groomer because she was opening up her very first location and asked if she would like to use our services and that’s how we got our very first client! I then began getting residential clients by word of mouth and marketing through instagram and facebook. There are a few challenges as with anything and the main thing for our business was keeping consistent bookings. As a new business starting out you can have weeks where you a getting constant leads calling and weeks where you don’t receive any calls at all. It can definitely get a little discouraging but we keep going with our marketing regardless.

A lesson that we learned along the way after hearing it so many times but never really understanding why is to hire slow and fire fast. Your employees are essentially the face of your brand and having a good team that is as dedicated and detailed as the quality of service that your business desires is extremely crucial. You want a team that is reliable and puts the same amount of effort into their work as you do in order to ensure your customers are satisfied with the work they are paying you for. At the end of the day not having employees on the same page as you and your business can cost you a lot in the end.

I want the world to know that Pristine & Spotless Cleaning Services is a service that everyone deserves to experience and not feel guilty about. Many times people feel like having extra help is lazy or not worth it but is actually quite the opposite. Having a clean home is one of the best things you can provide yourself and your family and is a form or self care. Days can get long and schedules can get busy so we feel that having a luxurious experience of hiring a professional cleaner is a great way to maintain the upkeep of your home whether it be monthly or biweekly it is an investment that has an even bigger return that will easily become a service you will be telling your family, friends, and neighbors about!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’ve only been living here for one year so there are still many places I haven’t discovered yet but, when my friends come to visit me in Houston the first place I am taking them is Timmy Chan’s!! They have literally the best Chinese food I have ever had! Houston is known for its really good food so I feel like the entire time we would be on a food tour to a few of my favorite spots such as Pizzeria Solario for delicious Italian pizza, brunch at Chapman & Kirby, dinner at Pappasito’s, & a smoothie from Nékter Juice Bar.

There are tons of museums to check out so that would definitely be on the list, along with my favorite activity ever, yoga in the park!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to thank my family and friends who have been so supportive throughout my journey as an entrepreneur. The support I have received from my parents in the beginning is what got me going as they gifted me with the necessary supplies to start cleaning. I am also very thankful to the friends that recommend our services to those that they know and even by reposting our content to their page means more than they even know! It’s always good to hear encouraging words from them that they are proud of me which honestly gives me the extra push I need to keep going!
