We had the good fortune of connecting with Frederick Washington and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Frederick, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was that I wanted to help build financial freedom and generational wealth for me, my family, and everyone else around me.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My personality sets me apart from others. I am proud of my growth as an professional artist. Putting God first, believing in myself, and committing to my career as an professional tattoo artist & piercer is what got me here to today. It not easy there’s a lot of sleepless nights and early mornings. God, believing in yourself, and being committed to your craft will help you overcome challenges. Lessons I’ve learned along the way are to always stay humble and willing to learn more. I do tattoos and body piercing at Fly Ink Tattoo Parlor Inc.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’ll have them book an appointment at Fly Ink Tattoo Parlor Inc. with FlyInkMack. Then we’d go hang out at top golf and have drinks. We’d go out to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. Some of these things to check out are the reunion tower, aquarium, Dave n busters, American airline Center, Cowboys Stadium, Texas Rangers Stadium, Movie n Grill, and iFly.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’m thankful for everyone who has been apart of my journey as an Entrepreneur. First God, my kids, mom, and uncle are the ones who deserve credits for giving me a purpose to want more in life.
