We had the good fortune of connecting with Fernando Lezama and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fernando, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
Because, I believe food encompass and plays one of the most important rolls in our life. From Childhood all the to way to adulthood and any stage in between food has made and impact in my life. ( Memories)As a child food was most of the time the center of most activities in our home. From gatherings, holidays, visitors and special days interacting with food was always there. I remember when going to the Farmer Market to buy those fresh groceries and sampling different kinds of local produce.
(Gathering)As a Teenager, Holidays were really enjoyable. A big family reunion entertainment ,joy and almost everybody would have a task in preparation for the final product.
(Impact) As a young adult and already pursuing a Culinary Art Degree food made an impact by discovering how it functions in our bodies, things you can do with it, learning about how it has been applied thru our history and in different Cultures and how Creative and Artistic you can be.
(Inspiration) As an Adult I see food has a a power of bringing people together and how it can help others as well.
Helping the community is really important for me, either can be preparing a dinner to feed people at a local Church or simply helping a local organization with a food drive and volunteering at a local Food Bank.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
