We had the good fortune of connecting with Euna Clement and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Euna, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
Hi! I’m Euna Clement, a tech professional and content creator based in Dallas. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, in a traditional Nigerian household. As the youngest of four sisters, I was primarily raised by my mom and maternal grandmother. The absence of my father in my life allowed my grandmother and me to form a very close-knit bond, that lasted up until her death in 2013. She raised me to be the God-fearing woman that I am today and whoever I become in the future, it is because of her. Although I was born and raised in the States, my upbringing centered around Nigerian morals and values, shaping me and my siblings.

My background and upbringing have profoundly shaped who I am today, influencing my journey both as a professional in technology and as a beauty, lifestyle, and fashion content creator. Growing up in a Nigerian family that valued education and resilience, from a young age they instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and the belief that with dedication, I could achieve anything I set my mind to. This foundation has been instrumental in shaping my career trajectory.

The intersection of these diverse interests has defined my personal and professional identity. As a content creator, my tech background gives me a unique lens through which I approach my content. As a woman in tech, my legal background has equipped me with the skills to navigate complex challenges and advocate for diversity and inclusion in the industry. My upbringing taught me the importance of resilience and the value of bringing unique perspectives to the table, helping me to thrive in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Ultimately, my upbringing instilled in me the confidence to forge my own path and the courage to blend my diverse interests into a fulfilling career. It taught me that it’s okay to break barriers, and redefine what success looks like. My story is one of embracing change, celebrating individuality, and inspiring others to follow their passions with confidence and determination. I want to empower my audience by sharing my journey and demonstrating that it’s possible to excel in multiple fields. By combining technology, creativity, and style, I aim to enrich our lives and inspire others, especially women, to pursue their dreams and make their unique mark on the world.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
So I’m a Tech Babe! I’m an IT Auditor with about four years of experience in the industry. Surprisingly, my degree has nothing to do with IT—it’s actually in Social Work with a minor in Criminal Justice (laughs). I’ve always dreamed of becoming an attorney. In 2020, while studying for the LSAT, I was introduced to tech, and the rest is history, literally (laughs). Entering the tech field is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It has allowed me to live a life I never thought possible. Although transitioning to a new career was incredibly challenging, it was absolutely worth it. I had to focus intensely on my goals, prioritizing my time and saying no to anything that didn’t align with my aspirations. Being a woman in this field means I often find myself in rooms where I’m a minority, but this has only strengthened my commitment to advocating for diversity and inclusion. I strive to be a role model, showing that women can excel and lead in tech.

Parallel to my tech career, my passion for beauty, lifestyle, and fashion has flourished through content creation. I recently began sharing my interests as a creative outlet, which is quickly growing into a platform where I connect with a global audience. My content blends my love for beauty and fashion, offering a unique perspective that resonates with many. I review beauty products, explore smart fashion innovations, and share lifestyle tips that’s useful in everyday life. As a content creator, I focus on authenticity and empowerment. I want my followers to see that it’s possible to pursue multiple passions and succeed in different fields. My journey from persuing law to become a woman in tech and a content creation is a testament to the power of reinvention and the importance of following your dreams, no matter how unconventional they may seem.

Balancing these two careers requires dedication and time management. In tech, I’m constantly learning and adapting to new advancements, while content creation demands creativity and engagement with my audience. Each field informs and enriches the other; my analytical skills enhance my content creation, and my creative insights bring a fresh perspective to my tech projects.

These are the key lessons I’ve learned along the way:
– Have resilient and confident spirit. Believing in your ability to succeed despite challenges can drive you forward.
– YOUR NETWORK IS YOUR NETWORTH!!! You can have all the knowledge in the world and that can definitely get you far, but a person with that same knowledge and a community backing them, is UNSTOPPABLE. Connecting with people in your industry can provide guidance, mentorship, and job opportunities.
– Always have a student mindset. There is always room to grow and improve.
-Trust God and trust the process. A new career path may not have a clear trajectory, but embracing the unknown can lead to unexpected opportunities. It’s a process of faith and endurance.

I want the world to know that my brand is a testament to the power of reinvention and the courage to pursue one’s passions. My journey began in the structured, rule-bound world of law, and has now transitioned into the dynamic and innovative field of tech, and a vibrant expression in beauty, lifestyle, and fashion content creation. This unique path has shaped my perspective and enriched my approach to creativity and self-expression. Ultimately, my mission is to build a community where diverse experiences and interests are celebrated, where individuals feel inspired to explore all facets of their identities, and where creativity knows no bounds. I want my story to be a beacon of possibility, showing that with passion and determination, you can create a life that truly reflects who you are.
