We had the good fortune of connecting with Erin Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Erin, what matters most to you?
Honesty and integrity. In the aesthetics industry it requires a lot of trust between you and your client to build a long-term relationship. People need and want guidance but hesitate for fear they are being “sold” on something. I pride myself on over a decade of relationships built on honesty. Listening and caring for the client as a whole and not getting carried away with the dollar amount sold is what separates me from so many other injectors. I feel we are moving in a positive direction in our industry where more and more providers are coming into each appointment with the clients best interest in mind.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
First and foremost I am a registered nurse. Working in the hospital I never imagined being able to continue my work as a nurse and while being in a wellness clinic environment. When you go into nursing you don’t think a lot about the wellness aspect of client provider interaction. I’m so happy to have been blessed with opportunities that have put me in a position where I am able to continue my relationship with my clients as a registered nurse and utilize my skills while also growing as a business owner. For years I wanted to own my own med spa Soley because I wanted to control the narrative. I wanted people to feel a certain way and I wanted patients to be treated a certain way by their providers. I realized the only way to do that was to own my own practice. It has been a long road to get here but each job leading up to this has given me more and more insight into how to be a business owner. What works and more specifically what doesn’t work. My employees are my main priority over everything. If you create an environment that is healthy to work in then you don’t have to worry about how your clients are being treated because you have very happy employees. you know the saying “happy wife happy life”. Same concept. Happy employee, happy client. I want my providers to feel supported. I want their feedback and I want us to grow together as a team.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Plano and Frisco have grown so much in the last few years . Legacy West is the first place I think to go for great food and drinks just to hang out! All of the restaurants are amazing and there is great shopping as well. I am more low-key so shopping dinner and drinks and an early night in or going to the movies is right up my alley.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My husband and my kids. They have been patient beyond measure through this expansion and creating Fine Line Aesthetics. It has taken so much time away but they have been so supportive knowing that it was some thing I’m very passionate about. I also want to recognize my Fine Line Team, who are each amazing and bring so much to the table. Claire Christensen and Annie Reay have been a part of this from the beginning and deserve so much of the credit for where we are today.
