Hi Edward Maricus, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The thought process was starting back up family wealth. My brother had the trailer with similar ideals, so we merged them together and started a snow cone business. 

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My brother and I (Eddie) pretty much started February 2023 working on the trailer and by August 2023 we was up and rolling. This haven’t been easy working day and night to chase your dreams. Through it all seeing the outcome is well worth it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We are from St. Louis so with us being here a few years, I would take my friends out to 7th street the whole strip is just a sight to see with all the secret cool clubs. We would also hit up deep Ellum. For plenty more fun. Good I would let them try some good soul food cooking from Madeas Down Home Cooking. It’s a lot of places to try I’m still sight seeing myself but you can’t go wrong with a bite to eat from Lisa’s they everywhere lol

I wanna shout out “Ice Me Out Snow Cones” out in Fort Worth,Tx. Others like to gate keep she was very helpful with anything I needed far as starting our business. Swing by check them out they taste very great and the quality is nice.
