Meet Edina Radoncic | Vice President Bright Realty & Co-Founder of UPDFW

We had the good fortune of connecting with Edina Radoncic and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Edina, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success in my real estate career would be creativity. Creativity has helped me generate leads, find solutions for any issues that arise, network, and helped me differentiate myself from others in the same industry. Creativity also fueled UP, which my business partner and sister just started as an additional creative outlet outside of our full time careers. UP is a marketing and consulting company that helps boutique businesses utilize social and event marketing by creating and executing a custom plan fit for your business, brand, and audience.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My role at Bright Realty is sales. I am on 2 projects at Bright currently which consist of residential condos for sale, office condos for sale, and custom home lots for sale with homes running from 1.75 million and up. I am very excited for the opportunity to continue growing at Bright as Castle Hills continues to expand and grow.

Nothing in life is easy, that’s the fun part! I remind myself to work hard, but play harder to achieve the goals I set personally and professionally.

My boss always says give me the baby, not the labor pains. My best advice for overcoming any challenge is define the challenge, identify solutions, and get to work.

I would like the world to know my story is from a child of two immigrant parents that came to this country with nothing. They would give the shirt off of their back to someone in need then, and still would now. Never forget where you came from and use that drive in everything you do!
