We had the good fortune of connecting with Ed Eakin Jr. and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ed, what do you attribute your success to?
We work extremely hard to make sure all of our clients have the very best real estate experience.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our 25 years as a luxury homebuilder in Dallas / Ft. Worth along with our CIPS, CRS CLHMS ALHS RENE C2EX RSPS SRES SRS ABR AHWD designations/certifications cannot be match by any broker in Texas. Our experience and knowledge gained over the last 35 years is huge in helping our clients with all of their real estate needs in Texas and beyond. Things have not always been easy after being forced into builder retirement with the housing market crashed in 2008. It took tons of effort to change careers and learn as much as possible by earning designations while running a team of agents. Volunteering for committees and Board of Director opportunities across the Texas has required that I donate a ton of my time in meetings and traveling across the globe. Lessons I learned, Do The Right Thing! I have also learned if you give your time to something, great things will happen. Our brand – I want the world to know – We are in the top 1% of all realtors when it comes to education, we are always learning how to improve our real estate services to our clients. Our knowledge and experience is a huge advantage for our clients in every real estate process.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Best friend in town – we play some of the best golf courses in Dallas / Ft. Worth that would include Las Colinas Country Club, Vaquero, Dallas National and Colonial. Breakfast is probably at the club we are playing. After golf, we find the coolest patio with the best tacos and margaritas – I am thinking E Bar, Mi Cocina, Taco Diner. Afternoon we have time to jump on Lake Grapevine for some water sports then back home to change for dinner. With all the amazing options in Dallas, I would suggest Trulucks for some Alaskan King Crab or the all you can eat Snow Crab. Hard to choose our steak night location as Al Biernat’s in Highland Park, Nick and Sam’s and Pappas Steak House are all so good. We are definitely catching a Cowboy, Maverick or Stars game during week as we are blessed in Dallas with amazing teams and venues.

I would like to thank Metrotex Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors along with all my instructors for giving me the tools so that I can provide the very best real estate experience to our clients. Also couldn’t being doing what I do without the support from my team.
