Hi D’Authentic, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is to not be afraid and go for it. I realized that if I don’t start I can never fully reach my full potential. Fear has stopped me a lot in my life because I always worried about people not supporting me, like family and friends. I always thought to myself, what if I’m not good enough or what if it doesn’t work out. As soon as I stopped worrying about all those things and just started doing, that fear went away. At that moment I realized that you have to face your fears and rise instead of running from them. Once I did that I had the support from people from all over. People I’ve never met, complete strangers started supporting me. I was worried about the wrong things when it came to my success. Success doesn’t come from family and friends, even though I’ve had some family and friends support me, I received more support from strangers. So I just thank those who have made it possible for me to be able to step outside of my comfort zone and look fear right in the face and conquer the world.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’ve always known that I wanted more in life. I wanted to help people and make a difference just like others have done for me throughout my life. I just didn’t know where to start or how I was going to get there. Back in 2018 I got a 3 ring binder and started writing down all the ideas to becoming successful in life. I submerged myself into that world of success. I watched videos, other motivational speakers, anything inspiring and motivating I was on it. You have to start somewhere and once you start you can’t stop. It’s that little voice in my head telling me to keep going, that I deserve so much more in life. That I’m supposed to be doing something positive. I researched things like how to start a business, how to build a following, how to become a speaker, just to name a few, and write everything down. I haven’t picked up that binder in awhile because I’ve started doing the things that I wrote down. I am no longer afraid to do the things that I once was shy about. I’ve evolved into something great and I couldn’t be more proud of myself. It was hard making friends, I would just be in the background, now people come to me which is a great feeling knowing that you matter and what you have to say matters as well. All I did was put myself out there and went for it and the universe gave me everything back. I see now that I truly have a purpose in this life and that what I have to say is making a difference.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There are so many different events that happens around the dfw area, you just have to look for them. In the first day I would help my friend get settled in and get some rest and then we would go out for something to eat. Not doing too much in the first day. Then we would proceed to catch a movie while my friend is visiting and do a little shopping at different malls. The north park mall has art throughout it and is a great experience. So we would definitely go there. Since I’m all about fun we will go ride go-karts, do some laser tag, maybe play some games as well. Then eat some more lol. I love to eat and try new places and to be able to try new places with your friend is a dope thing to do. We would also check out a museum and aquarium, capturing memories along the way. It would be an unforgettable week!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to thank all of the people that I don’t know. The ones that has shared my videos and my story. The ones that have commented on my videos and everything else that I have shared. I also have to thank the family and friends who have done the same. The ones that have congratulated me and told me that they are proud of me. To my auntie who is also very proud of me and the things that I have accomplished so far. To my fiancée and brothers for believing in me. I wouldn’t have made it this far without them. They are truly my rock. Lord knows how many times I’ve wanted to give up but I’ve had some great people in my circle pushing me.
