Meet Christina E. Stephens | Owner of Bliss in a Bottle Dallas & Business Growth Strategist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Christina E. Stephens and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Christina E., what’s the end goal, career-wise?
My goal is to leave a legacy of transformation. I want to build businesses and systems that outlast me—organizations that continue to thrive because of the structures, leaders, and cultures I’ve helped create. Whether it’s through Teragram Visions, scaling brands like Bliss in a Bottle, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, I want my impact to be felt in the way businesses operate, innovate, and empower people.
What was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I started Teragram Visions because I saw a gap in how businesses, particularly mission-driven organizations, structure their operations and leadership development. I wanted to create a firm that not only provides strategy but also integrates into teams as an operational partner. My background in digital and strategic communication within business organizations has given me a unique ability to bridge the gap between vision and execution. I’ve always been drawn to helping organizations scale sustainably while empowering leaders to operate with clarity and confidence.
Do you have a budget? How do you think about your personal finances and how do you make lifestyle and spending decisions?
Absolutely. As someone who has worked in operational strategy and finance, I know that sustainability—both in business and in life—requires financial discipline. I approach my personal finances the same way I approach business: with intention. I prioritize investments that generate long-term growth, whether that’s in my business, continuing education, or meaningful experiences. I’ve also learned to strike a balance between ambition and practicality—taking calculated financial risks while maintaining a solid foundation.
Risk taking: how do you think about risk, and what role has taking risks played in your life/career?
Risk is the price of growth. Every major opportunity in my career has come from stepping outside my comfort zone, whether it was launching my own business, scaling brands like Bliss in a Bottle, or guiding organizations through transformative change. I view risk as a strategic tool—it’s not about being reckless but about making informed decisions with confidence. I also believe in the power of resilience; risks don’t always pay off immediately, but every experience adds to your ability to navigate uncertainty.
Where are you from and how did your background and upbringing impact who you are today?
I grew up with strong role models who emphasized work ethic, curiosity, and the importance of community. My upbringing instilled in me a deep appreciation for resilience and adaptability. I was always encouraged to ask questions, challenge the status quo, and seek solutions. This mindset has shaped my leadership style and my ability to help businesses transform challenges into opportunities.
What is the most important factor behind your success / the success of your brand?
Ownership. I deeply believe that success comes from taking full ownership of your work, your impact, and your role in shaping outcomes. This is a core value I look for in every partnership and collaboration. Whether I’m working with executive teams, scaling brands, or helping organizations implement structure, I approach every challenge as if it were my own. This level of investment and accountability has been a defining factor in my success.
What value or principle matters most to you? Why?
Empowerment. True leadership is about creating opportunities for others to thrive. I believe in building systems and structures that give people clarity, autonomy, and the ability to make meaningful contributions. Whether I’m working with a startup, a law firm, or a growing enterprise, my goal is always to leave people and businesses in a stronger position than when I arrived.
Work-life balance: how has your balance changed over time? How do you think about balance?
Balance is a moving target. Early in my career, I was laser-focused on growth and poured everything into my work. Over time, I’ve learned that true success isn’t just professional—it’s also about personal fulfillment, well-being, and being present for the moments that matter. I now approach balance as a fluid concept: some seasons demand more from work, while others require prioritizing personal time. The key is being intentional and aligning your time with what truly matters.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about.
I specialize in operational strategy, leadership development, and business transformation through my firm, Teragram Visions. My work is centered around helping organizations create structure, optimize efficiency, and build sustainable growth strategies. Whether it’s implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), refining internal processes, or coaching leaders to step into their full potential, my approach is always hands-on and deeply integrated into each business.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between vision and execution. Many companies struggle with having big ideas but lack the structure to bring them to life effectively. I don’t just provide recommendations—I roll up my sleeves and help make it happen. I’m particularly proud of my work with purpose-driven businesses, law firms, and brands like Bliss in a Bottle, where I’ve helped them scale while staying true to their core mission.
I’m most excited about the impact I’m able to make not just in businesses, but in the lives of the people who run them. Seeing leaders gain clarity, teams operate more cohesively, and businesses thrive is what fuels my passion for this work.
How did you get to where you are today professionally? Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges?
It was definitely not easy, but I wouldn’t change a thing. My journey has been shaped by a combination of resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to take risks. I’ve worked across multiple industries, from law and healthcare to retail and technology, which has given me a broad perspective on how different businesses function.
One of the biggest challenges was stepping into leadership roles where I had to prove my value quickly. As a woman in executive operations and business consulting, I’ve had to navigate environments where I wasn’t always the obvious choice. The way I overcame this was by letting results speak for themselves—delivering solutions, creating impact, and helping businesses achieve measurable success.
Entrepreneurship also comes with its share of challenges—uncertainty, long hours, and the need to constantly evolve. But the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that growth happens in discomfort. Every challenge has been an opportunity to refine my skills, strengthen my network, and become a more effective leader.
What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way?
Ownership is everything. You have to take full responsibility for your work, your success, and your growth.
People are the key to success. The right team, strong leadership, and a collaborative culture make all the difference.
Structure and flexibility go hand in hand. While systems and processes create efficiency, businesses must remain agile to adapt to change.
Trust the process. Success isn’t linear, and setbacks often lead to breakthroughs if you keep pushing forward.
What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I want people to know that Teragram Visions is more than just a consulting firm—it’s a transformation partner. My work is about helping businesses and leaders unlock their full potential, not just in revenue growth, but in creating organizations that operate with clarity, purpose, and impact.
One of the most exciting projects is Bliss in a Bottle, an innovative brand that combines the luxury of fine chocolate with the sophistication of wine. Scaling this business has been an incredible journey, and I’m proud to bring it to Dallas and be able to feature so many local brands and support my new home community. Bliss in a Bottle Dallas embodies everything I stand for—creativity, strategic growth, turning bold ideas into reality, and having fun finding my bliss. As we work to expand, I’m thrilled to be part of a venture that not only delivers an unforgettable product but also fosters workforce development and economic empowerment for women in business.
I also want people to understand that success isn’t just about working harder—it’s about working smarter and creating systems that allow businesses to run efficiently while giving leaders their time and freedom back.
My story is one of taking risks, embracing change, and helping others succeed. I want to continue making an impact by building businesses that last, creating leaders who inspire, and helping organizations scale with purpose

Finally, a special mention to the authors and thought leaders whose work has shaped my approach to leadership and business. Books like The Great Game of Business by Jack Stack and Dare to Lead by Brené Brown have reinforced the importance of transparency, ownership, and courageous leadership.
Success is built on community, and I’m grateful to be surrounded by people and organizations that push me to grow, challenge me to think differently, and encourage me to keep building. Thank you to everyone who has played a role in my journey—I wouldn’t be here without you.
