Hi Carmen, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is the unwavering commitment to quality, customer service, and consistency. I believe that every dish I create reflects my passion and dedication. By prioritizing the highest quality ingredients, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining consistency in every aspect of our work, we’ve been able to build trust and loyalty with our customers. It’s not just about creating delicious meals it’s about fostering meaningful connections through food, ensuring that every experience with our brand feels personal, thoughtful, and memorable.

What should our readers know about your business?
“Cooking With Carmen LLC” and “Sweet Perfections” are more than just businesses—they’re extensions of my passion for food, creativity, and bringing people together. What sets us apart is our commitment to creating delicious, visually captivating, thoughtfully crafted meals and desserts. I believe that food can create memories, foster connections, and bring joy.

Getting to where I am today has been a journey filled with dedication, hard work, and constant learning. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve embraced each challenge as an opportunity to grow. Overcoming obstacles has taught me the importance of resilience, adaptability, and staying true to my vision.

One of the lessons I’ve learned along the way is that success isn’t just about the end result. It’s about the process, the relationships you build, and the love you put into your work. I’m proud of the community we’ve built and the positive impact we’ve had on those we serve.

What I want the world to know about my brand and story is that it’s rooted in a deep love for culinary art and a genuine desire to share that passion with others. Whether through a beautifully crafted meal, dessert, or an intimate cooking session, I’m here to create experiences that resonate and leave a lasting impression.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As a bit of a homebody, most of the time with my best friend would likely be spent in my kitchen, where everyone always wants me to cook, because who can resist a home-cooked meal, right? We’d probably start the week by preparing some of our favorite dishes together. It’s always fun to share tips and techniques while we cook, as it’s often requested that I show how to make certain meals.

Most of our hangouts would take place at my home, where we’d gather with family and friends, enjoying good food and great company. My home is truly a place of togetherness, where we can relax, laugh, and create lasting memories. Of course, we’d venture out at some point, maybe!

As for the rest of the week, we’d let the plans unfold naturally, deciding together what to explore next. Whether we’re cooking at home or brainstorming our next adventure, the focus would be on enjoying each other’s company and making the most of our time together.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to dedicate this shoutout to every individual who has played a role in my life, no matter how big or small, whether our time together was brief or long-lasting. There are so many people I’ve come into contact with that’s helped shape and inspire me into who I am today. From family and friends to mentors and even those passing encounters that left a lasting impression, each of them has contributed to my journey in a meaningful way. Their support, encouragement, and wisdom have been invaluable, and I am so grateful for the impact they’ve had on my life and success.
