We had the good fortune of connecting with Captain Moon and the Silver Spoons and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Captain Moon and the Silver Spoons, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
Before arriving on Earth, we came up in the harsh environment of Mars. Having very little air on the planet made it difficult to propagate sound waves, so we planted a number of apple trees to increase the oxygen. Delighted with the results, we pursued our newfound ability to create sounds. Enticed by our these sounds, we relocated to Earth, where we may make as much beautiful noise as we desire.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Captain Moon makes music for weird people who want to dance. We’re bringing back space music for the people of Earth. We make music for the here and now, with the sounds of the always and then.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Rubber Gloves Rehearsal Studios strange and beautiful creatures of all sorts. It’s almost our second home.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
