Hi Candanice RozeTrap, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
What was one thing about the industry the outsiders are probably unaware of is, how hard you have to work as an entrepreneur you have to put your heart, soul, mind, time have to sacrifice and be willing to put in the work behind your dream , your passion because you can accomplish your goals and be happy and content with all you have , you won’t feel like something is missing, and be satisfied ! Once you learn that , You’re Goodie!!!!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
So I was an entrepreneur in the music industry, I feel like what sets me apart from others is my Spirit and how much passion I have because my music is not just for me it is for the people to help them heal, I know that you love those good everybody goes through it also the genre because I Call it Trapp Soul Roxz !
Creating my own genre because I like every genre and I said I will pick my three favorite and put them together so I did, it works for me and I love it.

Being a music artist is really not as easy as it looks .
that’s the part that people don’t talk about. You have to stay focused on it I mean it’s easy to give up on but if your soul keeps calling you back then what do you do then ?
You gotta keep going don’t quit no matter what, nothing you love comes easy! And that’s in any situation in life’s.
The way you overcome it is keep going even when it hurts, cause God got y’all no matter what .

The lessons that I have learned along the way
If you can’t do business with everybody and Believe in your self change your mindset apply it to you like daily and live every day with a smile because who wants to be mad all the time lol .. that’s no fun ……

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My best friend like to come in town for a week long visit we would ,

We would have to most definitely go to moxie downtown in uptown and also the shell shack because I love their food we would go hang out probably in deep ellem which is located also downtown Dallas and just go walk around down there on Sunday fun day with a nice little closer out the end of the week , will probably visit a couple museums couple live bands, owwww the malls for sure for show lol , can’t get enough of shopping. Oh and Shu deals because they have shoes and they have a boutique in here can get an outfit to step out for a night in town , they are really like a one stop shop really nice actually located in North Dallas off of 635, Oww , and most definitely have to go to Legacy in the colony and go to the arcade and a little outside shopping mall and all the restaurants everything over there it’s really nice it’s off of 121 the colony Texas , and I would say my goodbyes and do it again some other time.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I thought we need to be recognized always in number one in my book is God and his son Jesus ! I would love to thank them first! Then the people that I also think deserves recognition in the story is the doctors and nurses from Presbyterian oncology office and rainbow days , because they help me beat cancer During the pandemic , no I was just being good people and I was able to live there see my boys grow up, so I’m really supper blessed for the people god placed in my life during that trying time .
