Hi C.R.U.S.H, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
My motto/tag lines are “KEEP YOUR PROMISES TO YOURSELF 🤞🏾” and “DO EVERYTHING WITH LOVE 💛 “.

I post these every time I share something. To me, these are reminders to maintain self worth. We often bend over backwards trying to keep promises to other people but will often not follow through on things we said we would do for self.

Self care and intentional progress is highly important to self worth and feeling good about self.
Then, once we feel good about self, it is much easier to pour into other people. But no matter what, do everything with love in your heart.

My career in the poetry world is a story of finding a passion I didn’t know I had, and turning it into purpose.

I stumbled upon Dallas Poetry Slam during a healing journey. Never did it cross my mind that it would impact me so much, I would begin to write myself. I decided I was going to pour all of my energy into learning how to insert my energy into this craft.
This required ALL of my extra time and energy. Sacrifices were made, but it led to rewards.

I saw how sharing my experiences via poetry, and always exhibiting love and positive energy was drawing people into me.

I made it my purpose to merge poetry and positive energy + spiritual tools to help people find their healing and their inner power.

My brand is focused on self awareness, intentionality, manifestation, healing, and love.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
1. Dallas Poetry Slam – weekly open mic, every Friday night, 8pm at Heroes Lounge

2. Deep Ellum for art culture and food
