We had the good fortune of connecting with Brooke Romere and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brooke, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I believe the success of my business is directly related to how I treat my clients. From the first meeting, I try to establish a more personal relationship with each of my clients to find out how I can best serve them on their wedding day. On wedding day, it’s my goal for each of my clients to feel like their day is also the most important day to me and to trust that I will advocate for their vision that we have worked so hard to create!
What should our readers know about your business?
I started Everlasting Events when I took my first wedding from a facebook group in March of 2021 for a very, very small fee! After that wedding, I realized that I really loved the logistical and design of wedding planning. From there, I began to work with a few local planners to gain experience in the industry and slowly started building my own clientele. After 3 years, I am now doing about 20 weddings per year and loving every minute of getting to know different types of couples and helping them have the best day of their lives.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If you have friends visiting the area, you have to make sure to stop by a few favorites: breakfast at Hudson House, drinks & music at Sundown at Grenada or The Rustic, and dinner at Vidorra for the amazing queso!!!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Dedicating this to my husband for being my support system and partner through the ups and downs of owning a small business!
