Meet Brittney Webb | Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Brittney Webb and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brittney, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Building a business has always been a dream of mine. The opportunity to co-found BE Seen allowed me to fulfill my long-term desire to create something on my own, combined with the opportunity to help people in a business that requires creativity and marketing acumen. Honestly, this was a perfect opportunity.
Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
Digital Marketing and Social Media Management with a bit of PR. We were tired of social media management being so expensive and something that only certain people can afford; we wanted to create something that is available to everyone, even if you’re starting out.
It has not been easy; I’ve had many failures. Having grit is what has helped me overcome the challenges.
Never lose sight of the power of being a good person.
Social media is where you have to be now if you want to be seen and grow as a business; it can be terrifying, it was for me, but we’re here to help!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Dallas is a big restaurant city. Do you know we have more restaurants per capita than any city in the country? What’s great is that the food and choices are constantly improving. We love taking people to new restaurants. Our favorites include Tango Room, Shinsei, La Bilboquet, Monarch, The Charles, Beverly’s, R&D kitchen, to name a few. I’m looking forward to trying Sister and Carbones when they open. The arts are also really great in Dallas. We often visit the Dallas contemporary, the DMA, and the Nasher sculpture garden for their latest exhibitions. We are looking forward to seeing The Immersive Van Gogh exhibit.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Honestly, there are a lot of people. I can’t imagine having this opportunity without the support of my friends, family, and fiancé. But most of all, my business partner Emily Cline is someone who is my perfect counterpart in business. If I didn’t have a partner who enabled us to provide a seamless curated product to our clients, I probably never would’ve taken the jump
