We had the good fortune of connecting with Brittany Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brittany, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Traveling With Queen is built around one core belief: that everyone deserves the chance to explore the world, regardless of income. We focus on helping everyday people experience the beauty of travel without the heavy financial burden. It isn’t just about sightseeing; it’s about providing hope, joy, rest, and exposure to a broader world which increases mental well-being, gain new perspectives, and a renewed sense of possibilities.

We do this by offering budget-friendly travel experiences that still feel luxurious. It’s not only about five-star hotels but about creating five-star moments. We bridge the gap between affordability and comfort, showing that luxury doesn’t have to be expensive. This redefines the travel narrative, proving that meaningful, high-quality experiences can fit into a modest budget.

Beyond that, we emphasize responsible travel. We provide support local communities, small businesses, and ethical tourism—so the money they spend goes directly to the people who need it most. Last year, I had the pleasure of visiting
Kings and Queens of Kibera an orphanage in the slums in Kenya. Kibera is known as the largest slums in Africa. There I was able to donate much needed supplies and food. Things like this create a ripple effect that helps lift up the places we visit, not just pass through them.

At the heart of it all, we see travel as a way to connect with God’s creation. Our mission is to open that door for those who thought it was out of reach and to show that the world is more accessible, beautiful, and soul-stirring than they ever imagined.

What should our readers know about your business?
Traveling With Queen was born from a deep love of travel and a strong belief: that everyone deserves the chance to explore the world without breaking the bank. We specialize in affordable luxurious travel—curated trips that blend comfort, culture, and curated moments for travelers who want it all, without the high-end price tag.

Each of our packages includes everything you need for a seamless, unforgettable journey: stylish accommodations, round-trip airport transfers, domestic travel between cities (by train, bus, or private car), full days of immersive activities, time to explore independently, and our signature welcome and farewell dinners where memories are made and new friendships are celebrated.

But the journey to get here wasn’t always easy.
I originally launched my travel business under a different name and vision. It was my first step into entrepreneurship—but over time, I realized that the direction no longer aligned with my purpose. After facing challenges in that partnership, I made the difficult but necessary decision to start over, rebrand, and rebuild from the ground up. That’s when Traveling With Queen was born: a brand that reflects not just what I do, but who I am. It was a defining moment frustrating and painful at times—but it ultimately pushed me to build something that truly reflected my values, voice, and vision.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned? Don’t be afraid to pivot when your heart is telling you the direction is wrong. Starting over doesn’t mean failure, it can be the beginning of something even better. I also learned the power of staying true to your purpose, even when it feels risky.

Today, I’m incredibly proud of what I stand for. I’m most proud of the community I’ve built for women travelers—a safe, welcoming space where women can come together, explore the world, and form lasting friendships through shared experiences. Whether you’re a first-time traveler, solo adventurer, or part of a group, you’ll find support, sisterhood, and unforgettable memories here.

What I want the world to know is that everyone deserves the chance to explore the world, regardless of income and we’re here to make it happen by offering non interest flexible payment plans that stretch over 12-15 months and roommate matching assistance to keep that cost down.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I wanted to show my friends the absolute best time, there’s no question where I’d take them for a girls trip to Barbados. We’d stay in a beachfront villa. Our days would be a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation from snorkeling in turquoise waters, exploring Harrison’s Cave, and sipping rum punch under the golden sun.

Day 1: Greeted with a welcome rum punch by the beach, relax after the flight, Dinner at Harbour Lights Beach Club, Grab cocktails and stay for the live music and fire dancers right on the sand
Day 2: rent a Jeep and ride through the countryside and take in the coastal views. Check out some authentic Bajan food (the kind there locals eat not those tourist spots), Relax on Dover Beach thereafter
Day 3: enjoy a much needed Spa morning at The Sandbox Tree Spa or The Spa at Coral Reef Club, after lunch explore the lush and magical tropical gardens Hunte’s Gardens. Later we will enjoy a Sunset catamaran cruise
Day 4: Spend the day at Carlisle Bay – Hopefully we would have met some locals and enjoy a hip hop or R&B club that night
Day 5: mid day brunch because we has a time last night! lol Do some last minutes shipping before we leave the following day

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Definitely want to thank my friends who listen to my ideas and provide me some insightful feedback.
