We had the good fortune of connecting with Brittany Dandridge and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brittany, what matters most to you?
Integrity and generosity are the two values that guide everything I do, both in life and in real estate. As a Christian, my faith has taught me that business isn’t just about success—it’s about service. I believe in showing up with honesty, humility, and a heart to give. That’s why I’ve made it a personal goal to gift nearly $200,000 back to my clients by the end of 2025—whether through closing gifts, covering costs, or surprise blessings. Real estate is more than transactions for me; it’s ministry. It’s about loving people well, being a source of peace in what can be a stressful process, and walking with integrity every step of the way

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Real estate, for me, is deeply personal. It’s more than buying and selling homes—it’s about building relationships, creating peace of mind, and showing up for people in one of the biggest transitions of their lives. What sets me apart is my heart behind the business. I lead with faith, generosity, and a commitment to integrity. I’m not just here to close deals; I’m here to serve. My clients know I go above and beyond—from helping them strategize and negotiate, to gifting in meaningful ways after closing. I’ve made it my mission to give back nearly $200,000 to clients by the end of 2025, because I truly believe in blessing others the way I’ve been blessed.”

“Getting here wasn’t easy. I started with no connections, no experience, and no roadmap—just a calling I felt deep in my spirit, a willingness to work hard, and a faith that doors would open if I stayed obedient and consistent. There were times I questioned if I was cut out for this, especially in the early months where leads were few and self-doubt was loud. But every challenge taught me to rely more on God and less on my own strength. I’ve learned that perseverance matters more than perfection, that character outlasts competition, and that consistency compounds over time.”

“Being ‘round the clock’ for my clients means answering the phone minutes before a flight is boarding or even declining a vacation to attend a closing. I’ve been in their shoes—I know how critical timely communication and presence are during what can feel like overwhelming moments. That’s why I’m committed to being accessible, responsive, and fully present whenever my clients need me.”

“What I want people to know is that this business is built on trust and intention. I care about people—not just as clients, but as families, dreamers, and individuals with real needs. Whether it’s a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported. My story is one of faith, grit, and grace—and I’m just getting started.”

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Day 1: Start with brunch at Brunch Room Bistro in Forney to get a taste of Southern comfort food. Then head downtown to check out the skyline views from the Monarch or Kessaku on the 50th floor—both offer killer vibes, with Kessaku serving the best sushi in the city. Dinner would be at Komodo for that Miami-meets-Dallas energy, followed by cocktails at Kitchen Kocktails downtown, where the lamb chops are a must-try.

Day 2: Explore Deep Ellum’s artsy scene, grabbing Mediterranean flavors and hookah at Saaya, and then stopping by Vidorra for a chic dinner with a great atmosphere. For late-night fun, I’d take them to Paparazzi, a Black-owned steakhouse with an amazing lounge vibe.

Day 3: For steak lovers, I’d take them to Perry’s or Ocean Prime for an upscale dinner experience. Before that, we could do some shopping or hang out at The Goat in Uptown—a great spot to unwind and people-watch.

Day 4: More authentic Mexican food at Campuzano in Cedar Hill or Mar y Sol in Dallas, paired with a casual stroll in a local park or neighborhood. Evening drinks at Rh Rooftop for their famous lobster roll and cute, cozy aesthetic.

Day 5: A day for Mexican staples like Gloria’s or Mi Cocina—perfect for family-style dining and that Texas-Mexican fusion everyone loves. For something a little different, late afternoon hookah and small plates at Baboush.

Day 6: Time to relax with a casual vibe—maybe some drinks at Spatch or Canva, two local favorites, and a chill dinner with friends.

Day 7: Wrap up with a brunch catch-up at a spot like XOXO or Paradiso, cute places with great aesthetics that make for a perfect send-off.

Dallas is an incredible mix of culture, food, and fun—there’s always something new to discover, and I love showing people how vibrant and diverse this city truly is

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely!—my journey wouldn’t be what it is without the unwavering support of my faith community and my family. First and foremost, I give all glory to God. Every opportunity, every closed deal, every moment of clarity or provision—none of it happens without Him. My faith has been my foundation through the highs and lows of this business. I also have to shout out my family, who’ve supported me through long hours, last-minute showings, and every leap of faith.

Beyond that, I’m incredibly grateful for the clients who’ve trusted me, the lenders and industry partners who’ve gone the extra mile, and every single person who has referred me business or spoken my name in rooms I wasn’t in. Real estate is built on relationships, and I wouldn’t be here without the people who believed in me before the results showed up. Their trust has been one of the biggest blessings of my career, and I don’t take it lightly
