Hi Brittaney, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was simple , I picked up lash artistry about 5 years ago when I started lashing was pretty new all around. Then it blew up within a short time and was extremely trendy and clearly here to stay . I noticed there was a hair salon on every corner but lash studios (besides the large franchise corporations) didn’t exist . I wanted to be the first black owned lash studio in Dallas

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Lash Bause Beauty llc is a brand that I have created over the past two years . I am extremely proud of my studio located @ 4041 w wheatland rd ste 130! Please come visit we offer a number of beauty services!

I have gotten to where I am today by working diligently everyday . Having a passion for what you do is one of the most important pieces in being an entrepreneur. If you get up everyday and be live what you do it’s really not work ! The great Kobe Bryant taught me that . Every word is true .

It definitely is not easy ! Working for yourself is one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life . It requires 100% focus and you have to be your own cheerleader . I have overcame many challenges in my short time as a GIRL BAUSE , the most important lesson I have learned is NOBODY WILL WORK FOR YOUR DREAM LIKE YOU DO !

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Some of the best places to visit in Dallas are definitely in a few different neighborhoods around town .

Bishop arts district is highly recommended for patio scenery and small businesses thrive in this area!

I also love the uptown area and anything in deep Ellum or on McKinney ave .
