We had the good fortune of connecting with Brent Pitt and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brent, putting aside the decision to work for yourself, what other decisions were critical to your success?
This is going to sound very cliche but, deciding not to give up and work hard was/is the most important decision you can make. When jumping into something you are unfamiliar with and diving right in, you can quickly and easily get discouraged or have doubting thoughts about what you are doing and if it will prosper. It is normal for a person to have those thoughts, but staying dedicated to your plan and the goals you set for yourself regardless of those thoughts will turn into progress and success.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As the year 2024 is beginning, I think I am most excited about my photography having its own unique style and look to it. I want it to scream timeless and fun. This upcoming year will be my 2nd year into photography. So I am also still very excited to learn about the art and world of photography. I have learned there are no short cuts and if you want great results you have to put your time and money in on the backend to get the results you want. If you really love what you do then the work and time you put into your craft will be well worth the initial investment. I want my name/brand “Brenny Creative” to ring across the streets of Dallas and be a voice for creatives all around the surrounding areas.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take my best friend to some of the lovely museums we have to offer like the Museum of Art or the Perot. We could attend a nice performance of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra as that is something new and insightful. Or maybe a nice nostalgic vibe at a drive-in movie. Eat at a variety of vegan spots across the city, as Dallas has plenty good options for that. Last but certainly not least, my personal favorite spot to go out and hang; Topgolf!!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
A huge shout out to all of my family and friends who I cherish near and dear to my heart for keeping my spirits up along this amazing journey I have started. Without them cheering me on I might not be in this position. A big thank you to artist Rob49, a good friend of mines I went to college with. He allowed me to be apart of his shows this past summer (2023) and exposed me to other big name artist like G Herbo, Yungeen Ace, Gille Da Kid, Wallo, and many others. Shout out to Dallas native, Pierce Washington as well for having me as his main photographer for his concerts, photoshoots, and album covers.
