We had the good fortune of connecting with Bradley Thompson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bradley, why did you pursue a creative career?
Ever since I was a kid, I loved music. To rap R&B to be honest any genre rap started at a young age for me I would always listen to music and write the lyrics down just for fun. in around 2016 my friend had told me he liked my voice and wanted me to wrap a song that he wrote so I took that offer and decided you know what I actually like this and then boom I started writing my own lyrics and I made a record label Slim rich productionz and I’ve been rapping for a long time now but in January 1 2021 i took it serious so here i am now with great fans some great music my own website and all. And I believe I am made out to be this. This is my calling I’m mixing mastering my own music I write my own music I do it all.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is my music. I think I’m different because I can do any type of genre there is and you best believe it’s going to be good.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’ll take them to Fort Worth where I was born and raise and you know we would have to slide down to downtown Dallas maybe tha stock yards and for sure. Seventh Street.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
To be honest, my shout out is to my granny if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be back in the music and shout out to my boys. To always you know supporting. And especially my girl, she push me every day to make more music to push my music and just keep on grinding.
