We had the good fortune of connecting with Bianca Massaro and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bianca, how do you think about risk?
I believe that life is about taking risks. You will never know how good you are at something if you never take that leap of faith and just do it. Essentially, you will never know who will be blessed by your leap of faith. In 2019, I decided to take the leap of faith and share my business to the public. It was extremely scary and something that was totally out of my comfort zone but since doing so, I have received tons of messages from people all over America sharing with me their gratefulness for my products and company. This encourages me to keep going hard for my customers and continue to take risks.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m always a Social Worker at heart. After going to school for Social Work and doing it for years, I decided to try something a little different and delved into insurance a couple of years ago which I am currently doing full time apart from my soapmaking roles. Balancing a full time job while trying to grow and learn more about the business world of entrepreneurship has definitely had its fair share of challenges especially with work life balance. However, I wouldn’t have changed it for the world. These challenges over the years have equipped me with the knowledge I have today. Challenges pushes you out of your comfort zone molding you into the person you were created to be. The lessons I have learned along the way is to be true to who I really am. Not getting caught up in comparing myself or my brand to others. It’s easy to do so nowadays especially with Social Media but I would say creating boundaries has helped a lot with that. Learning to believe in myself and my brand has helped. Scheduling has helped me to balance “soap work” after work. Lastly, praying and allowing God to show me His true will for my life has helped everything fall into place. Even when it doesn’t go as planned, I know it’s all apart of His perfect will and journey for my life. What’s meant to be will be. My goal for my brand is not only offer natural skincare and soaps, but to also encourage people to know their worth. Struggling with low self esteem and insecurities for many years of my life, I wanted to create a brand that would encourage people to be true to themselves and remind them of who they really are and that’s found in the word of God.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My absolute favorite areas to visit are Frisco, Uptown, Deep Ellum and of course downtown Dallas. I would start the day grabbing breakfast at Bread Winners Cafe & Bakery in Uptown then stop by the Dallas Arboretum to explore. Have lunch at Sixty Vines then see the town on top of Reunion Tower. Afterwards, I would grab dinner at Vidorra in Deep Ellum, walk around and grab a popsicle at Picole
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There is nothing like having the love and support from my husband, family, friends, customers, but most importantly God. I’m forever grateful for everyone He has placed in my life and everything He has done for me on this journey. Having their support encourages me to keep growing and going.

Thank you for sharing Bianca’s story. I am a forever customer. I never knew the damage I was doing to my skin by using the so called named brand products. I then realized how I mistreated my skin. And feel misled. Bianca had educated me on ingredients I never paid attention to before. I appreciate the shared knowledge. I’m happy as my skin is. Thanks for a quality product.
