We had the good fortune of connecting with Annye Grande and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Annye, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the continued growth and success of etoile is our unwavering laser focus on creating luxurious products that are aesthetically beautiful and intelligent designs. Our NorthStar compass is the etoile “GoldStar Standard” which we apply to all aspects of our business: product, clients and our etoile team. Most importantly, our success comes from staying the course, protect our distinctive point of view and continue to learn.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
etoile (www.etoilestar.com) is an American brand launched in 2016 and head quartered in Dallas. etoile is currently sold exclusively through Upscale Specialty retailers and ecomm across North America, Europe and UAE. We as well have our Flagship stores in Dallas @ NorthPark Center, in Las Vegas @ Grand Canal Shoppes and we are opening in Aspen, CO this November. Our brand footprint across our wholesale, brick + mortar stores and ecomm channels continuously expands thanks to media exposure and our recent CFDA Accessory Council Award win for Excellence in design Handbags over $1,000. All our bags, small tech accessories and SML are built in different premium and noble imported components: Nylon (imported from Italy), leather, Boa and South African Ostrich and are 100% made in the USA.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
1. The Rustic: Rustic burger, + cocktails + live music, yes please!!!! 2. Towne Earth: Tot Poutine + Pork Chop, Sit at the bar, they have the BEST cocktail mixologists. 3. Klyde Warren park Food trucks: (Butcher’s Son: an excellent life choice) 4. Midnight Rambler Bar @ Joule Hotel 5. Golf Cart tours of Downtown Dallas, I always to my Canadian relatives. So much fun

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My shoutout is actually to the amazing state of Texas!! I am very proud to be a Texas native brand. All of the support and mentorship I have received and continue to receive from the moment I launched etoile have come from this amazing pro-entrepreneurial state. Wether they have invested their time, invested their money or given us our first opportunity to present our handbag collection in their store, it is the Texan community that gave us a chance and that continues to champion us.
