Hi Anna, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
I have found that the most important lesson my business has taught me is the power of kindness and customer service. To truly treat your clients, your associates, and your employees with kindness, respect, and honor. This has been the culture that Directive Solutions is founded upon and what has grown it by leaps and bounds. The growth of company has been solely built upon referrals and lasting relationships which has been fueled by the culture of the company.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Directive Solutions is a transaction coordinating company aligning with real estate agents across the nation assisting them with their transactions. We simplify and streamline each transaction and/or listing in a hands on, personal, directive, and transparent approach. We cater our services to come alongside realtors by complimenting their hard work and providing assistance with paperwork, tracking contingencies, important communications, compliance, and so much more.
Our values are that of excellence, hard work, and customer satisfaction. We go above and beyond and bring a “can and will do” perspective to each day. Our team has a multitude of experience and licensing.
The business has had a strong and consistent pathway to success over the years. This consistency and growth has felt energizing at times and has plowed the way to have the work ethic to put in the long hours and detailed pursuit of expansion. However, personally, this has grown me in more ways than I can say. It has pulled so much more out of me than I ever thought was possible and has trained me in ways I am eternally grateful for. And we’re just getting started!!
The challenges of an ever growing industry inadvertently cause you to be moldable and flexible. This is portrayed in the way you conduct yourself, the inside tasks of the business, and the marketing structures. The real estate business is a people business and it is filled with different backgrounds, personalities, motives/reasonings of the sales, and economic opportunities. There are many challenging aspects that make the responsibility of the job extreme. But there is also wonderful joy and pleasure from it.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I believe in showing honor where honor is due and I want to honor my husband for the endless support and encouragement as well as my faith in the Lord. Without him and Jesus, I would not be where I am today. I also want to shine a light on two books, the Bible and the New Gold Standard. As I have modeled my life by the precepts of the Word of God and the belief system therein, it has shaped not only my life but my business and those around me. The pages of these books are filled with wisdom, strategies, and outlines for building your business upon the foundation of the customer centric culture filled with honor, kindness, and intelligence.
