We had the good fortune of connecting with Andria Arceneaux and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andria, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
My favorite quotes came from my husband actually. He always tells his clients and teammates FIND A WAY NOT AN EXCUSE and HARD WORK WORKS. Both of these saying really resonate with me on a daily basis whether it’s in my career, in my relationships or anything I do. They are pretty self explanatory and can be applied in any part of your life. Find a way not an excuse – many times in life we talk ourselves out of things and make up reasons why we can do something, but if you just use the energy you put into finding the excuse and channel that energy into Finding a way to get your goal completed you will be surprised how successful you are.

The HARD WORK WORKS is saying with consistency and dedication you can reach your goals

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m currently a licensed TX Realtor. I mostly serve the DFW and surrounding areas but will be also servicing the Houston area soon. I’m also in the process of becoming a licensed wealth strategist. What I pride myself on in my business is educating every client on the home buying process and putting their best interest at the forefront even if that means me not walking away with a paycheck. I don’t look at my clients as a transaction, more of a way to help my community gain home ownership and financial literacy to get us ahead in life. I look at it as my way to contribute to society. I have been faced with a lot of adversity but with prayer and finding a way not an excuse I seem to overcome it every time. I am proud of where I am today but I have so much further to go. I have learned in life that people will mistreat you, lie on you, use you, and look out for their best interest but as long as you stay true to yourself and your purpose in life, you work hard and treat people right you will receive so much in return. I just want the world to know that when working with me I will always do my best to keep your best interest as my top priority and I hope that it shows.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was in town it would definitely be a long weekend of eating and relaxing with a little bit of turn up LOL.

With being originally from MS I love to eat. Being a foodie some of my favorite spots are Hutchins for BBQ, Southern Gourmet Kitchen and Roots Southern table for Soul food options, Glorias for the drinks and Latin food, Pappadeaux for Cajun seafood options and Perrys Steakhouse and grill for a good steak. Thats just a few of my tops.

My family and I are big on sporting events so depending on which season we are in we have to see a professional game.

Of course hanging out Downtown check out Klyde Warren Park and museums, I love also love Legacy West and The Star that’s located North of Dallas in the suburbs

Cant forget about the kiddos must take them to the Fort Worth Zoo and to Andreeti’s Karting and Games in The Colony

Last but not least end the weekend with a full spa day at the Spa Castle in Carrollton TX. I think my bestie would love what the DFW has to offer.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my husband Manny Arceneaux he always supports me in all my business endeavors and pushes me to be the best version of myself on a daily basis. My family and friends for supporting my business, either them using my services or recommending my services to a friend or family member of theirs is greatly appreciated. Lastly, I would like to thank my mentor and TEAM Owner Keleisha Anderson. She came into my life when I was early in my real estate career and been taking advantage of and was lost. She took me under her wing and is teaching me the ropes in this cutthroat business and I am forever grateful.
