We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrea Redic and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andrea, what do you attribute your success to?
Success Is Measured by one’s owns measurements of ones goals and accomplishments. The most important factor behind my success is I NEVER Quit. Although, I have set myself new goals I feel accomplished by reaching the goals I set out for myself so far which has allowed me to reach the level of success that I now have. It is paramount that you set your goals up in stages allowing yourself the ability to reach a level of completion for a specific task that is steered toward the ultimate goal.
Another valuable asset was I had people that believed in me although I didn’t have family and friends that could financially help me the encouraging word and confident that they had in me was bigger than any amount of money they could have given me.
My kids play a significate role in my success . Being successful gives my kids a sense of confidence that lets them know no matter what the odds are anything is possible if you believe and work at it.
Lastly, but most importantly I would have to say the biggest and most important factor is making sure you find a way to serve others this will open doors to success that you could never imagine

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have been a entrepreneur all my adult life . I started in the cosmetology industry over 25 years ago. The reason I got into that industry I loved making people feel good about themselves . I found much success in that business and learn most about being an entrepreneur. I loved what I did but I always felt that I wanted to offer people something more than temporary outer appearance of feeling good. I wanted to help them feel accomplished and even create generational wealth for their family.

Then I remembered how buying my home made me feel. I remembered all the memories I have created in my home. I reflected on how I was able to eliminate all my personal debt just from the equity that I had in my home so I started REDIC REALTY GROUP LLC. and incorporated into my Tax Firm IN AND AOUT TAX REFUND SERVICES

This way I was able to help my clients from A-Z allowing me to help them navigate and show them how to eliminate tax debt and qualify to buy home.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I think Downtown Dallas has some of the best spots in town. Fist stop would be to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science

Then we would stop buy The Henry Rooftop for lunch and drinks

We would eat dinner at Del Frisco’s Dallas

we would visit Texas Live were we can bull ride and be laid back

Depending what time of the year it is we would visit the Virgin hotel rent a cabaña hang at the pool and listen to music

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Grandmother was ,is has been and always will be the roots of the fruits to my tree. This lady is everything more than words can speak. Forever and Ever I am so grateful that she showed me love. She believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. She taught me to NEVER quit. She also told me I was enough. Most importantly she always taught me to love people no matter their race or demographics.
