Meet Alexa Larberg | Owner of Alexa Larberg Party Co

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexa Larberg and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alexa, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
Risk-taking has played a pivotal role in both my life and career. I’m not risk averse—I actually thrive on challenges. I believe that stepping into the unknown is where the most growth happens, whether it’s pitching new ideas, pushing boundaries, or exploring uncharted territory. One principle I live by is actively seeking rejection. I set a personal goal of getting 100 “no’s” a month because I know that each “no” brings me closer to a “yes” and helps me refine my approach. This mindset has helped me take bold steps and uncover opportunities I might have otherwise missed.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart is my creativity and my willingness to show up authentically as myself. I truly believe there’s no competition besides the person I was yesterday because I’m always focused on outdoing myself. It hasn’t been an easy journey, but that’s part of what makes it exciting and fulfilling. I wouldn’t say I’ve perfected how to overcome challenges or setbacks, but I firmly believe you only fail if you quit, so I just keep moving forward.
Along the way, I’ve learned some important lessons: trust your gut, have confidence in what you bring to the table, and never ask for a seat at the table—show up like you belong there, because you absolutely do! I want the world to know that my brand, Alexa Larberg Party Co, is a reflection of that spirit. We’re here to create memorable moments, and we do it with heart, boldness, and creativity.
