We had the good fortune of connecting with Adrian Neal and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adrian, what’s the most important think you’ve done for your children?
As a father of two, my biggest focus is creating Thinkers! I stress to my kids the importance of individualism and thinking for themselves while always supporting them in how they feel. I think as a parent today, we must focus more on our kids’ individualism so that they can grow without the influence of others. I also feel that encouraging kids to try new things, whether they like them or not, has helped my kids to grow and become more independent.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am so proud to be able to give the youth something I never had, a positive role model that was not involved in Sports or Entertainment! My brand SUCCESSFUL SINCE BIRTH embodies the principal that you’re in control of your own personal success. Your goals and work ethic are the drivers of what success should look like to you. Ignore the limitations that others place on you and choose SUCCESS over failure!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definitely recommend going to Deep Ellum for a good night out with friends! I’m also a major foodie so any of the local Taco or BBQ spots are always a good option

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My wife is my biggest supporter! She puts up with all the craziness and always there to lend a hand – she is my MVP!
