We had the good fortune of connecting with Abinwi Mbonchom and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Abinwi, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
To leave something(Empire) behind for my kids so they don’t have to go through what I went through.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Starting a business in a foreign country is not a bed or roses.
But I understood that if I don’t separate myself from my distractions, my distractions will eventually derail me from my goals and the life I want for the generation that is coming behind me.
The gym has been a big factor to my growth and I will recommend anyone going through any type of stress to visit the gym often.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I will first like to give a big shout out to The Lord God almighty for giving me the wisdom and strength to accomplish my goals. I also want to give a big shout out to my son Donnell who drastically changed my life and made me who I am today. Thank you son.
I also want to give a shout out to my parents especially my mom for choosing me over herself.
