Growing up, I loved cheesecake. We didn’t have it very often but it was my favorite dessert as a kid. Shortly after our first daugther was born, my mother-in-law made a cheesecake. Afterward, I didn’t think it looked to difficult and thought I would give it a try too. My first cheesecake was a success! Within a very short time I was looking for more cheesecake recipes and beginning to experiment. I would take them to family and work functions.
