Living in Dallas with my family, I think the biggest thing I’ve done as a parent was moving from Japan to the U.S. last April. It was a huge change for my three kids who didn’t speak any English when we arrived. They had to start school and make new friends in a language they didn’t know. At first, it was really hard for them, but they started picking up English, just simple talks at first, and now they’re doing great. Read more>>
