We had the good fortune of connecting with Drew Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Drew, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My primary professional goal is based on the number 1 core value we espouse at my company: Have a genuine concern for the wellbeing of others. With that in mind, my goal starting my company was to help as many people as I possibly can and bring more value to my clients than anyone else can.
What should our readers know about your business?
We provide our clients with unparalleled value. As leaders in the roofing industry, we provide the absolute highest quality service in terms of how we handle our clients, how we help them deal with their insurance providers, and how we perform the work we are hired to do. We provide lifetime warranties on material and labor. We provide extended lifetime warranties on material. We do free upgrades on the entire roofing system, including the underlayment, the shingles, the ventilation, and the pipe boots. We use equipment that helps us contain our mess when working and protect the homeowners property from collateral damages that can occur during construction. We handle the submissions of all necessary documents for the insurance claim. And we do all of this with a smile.
During the establishment of our company, we ran into hurdles like anyone else, but we never ran into a problem we couldn’t solve….after all, we are professional problem solvers.
Through my past businesses and sales experiences, I’ve learned that the absolute best way to build a company, is to do so with the wellbeing of others at the forefront of my mind. My mission in life is to make other people’s lives better than it was before I came along.
Jesus said that the 2 greatest commandments are to love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength and to love your neighbor as yourself. I have found that if we operate business in this fashion, then God tends to bless the company, the work, and the clients/customers. So that’s what we do.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would definitely go jump out of some planes at Skydive Spaceland Dallas(that’s my favorite hobby), go fishing or duck hunting at Ray Robert’s Reservoir, probably go to do an escape room somewhere, go out to eat at Texas de Brazil downtown, shoot some pool somewhere, go camping, check out the Noble Planetarium, and maybe go down to Glen Rose to check out the Dinosaur Valley State Park.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
