We had the good fortune of connecting with Danny Braught and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Danny, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Think of a world without the services we’re accustomed to – plumbing, heating, cooling, electricity. Without them, the quality of life in our immediate communities suffers drastically.

There’s a magic in these services.

They’re the ghost within the machine, and they contribute to safe, thriving environments where we all benefit. Serving these specific companies gives us a direct, tangible link to our greater communities and our world.

Not only does LMH support the services that impact social and economic development, we are empowering individuals and small business owners to exponentially grow in their personal and professional lives. Nothing lights us up as much as that.

Something that inspires me on a personal level is taking chaos and generating order in a way that feels effortless and simple. Simple isn’t always easy, but we consistently find it’s the surest path to affecting positive change on a local and national scale. The reason our tagline is “Let’s Make Waves’ is because that’s truly what we’re about. Generating creative energy and infusing it into the most essential services in our communities so that we all can thrive.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
From crushing door-to-door sales and building companies that break track records for lead generation to owning and operating multiple paddle board shops and publishing my own magazine, I knew I was born to be an entrepreneur from a young age.

After partnering with industry-leading creatives to produce stunning photography and media for my then publication Boarders Magazine, I partnered to found LMH Agency, bringing innovative digital marketing and advertising to my local community and those at large.

Mentoring my team and clients to consistently get outside their comfort zones and build a big vision for their lives gives me and insatiable drive to break barriers time and time again. It hasn’t been without its fair share of challenges and lessons along the way. Taking on too many clients, not niching down, growing without the proper root structure to support me – these have all been incredible lessons for me and the team.

The biggest lesson I would say I’ve learned, is just to stay in your lane and do what makes you feel the way you want to feel. I love chaos, I love seeing all of the possibilities and thinking, “what could support what wants to happen here”? It’s the simple art of thinking, building, scaling, and achieving more than you ever thought possible simply by getting it done. Just do it. It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes, “Do or don’t – there is no try.”

Everything I’ve ever accomplished and felt proud of has been a radical challenge to my intellect and my abilities, and I love it that way. Our agency is built on the premise that anything is possible with grit, a great attitude, and an empowered team of life long learners.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting the area, I would take him to DFW Surf to go paddle boarding or canoeing or head out to Northshore in Grapevine to spend some time on the lake. Being out on the water is the most relaxing and replenishing activity for me personally, and I always like to make sure my friends and family are having the best time they can possibly have.

I’ve finish the night with dinner and drinks out in Addison or Uptown Dallas to introduce him to some down to earth, successful entrepreneurs in the area.

Everyone I’m connected to in the Dallas area loves to get outside, connect from the heart, and have a good time.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family has been the most influential force. They’re always encouraging me to grow and level up in my life. My brother is my best friend and business partner at LMH. The other credit goes to my girlfriend, Sam, who relentlessly supports my crazy ideas, late nights, and long hours to create new businesses and go on wild adventures around the world. I’m ridiculously thankful to every mentor I’ve had over the years who told me quite honestly when my work wasn’t up to far. A combination of tough love, determination, and drive has been passed down to me by so many that I’ve worked for and with, and I intend to keep passing on the wisdom and the love.
