We had the good fortune of connecting with Adrienne Aguirre and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Adrienne, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I have always had a passion for baking, and have always wanted to share that with the world. When my son turned one I decided to make all the treats and goodies for his birthday and from there my love grew into a business. I never imagined it woukd take off the way it has, it is amazing to me that I have been apart of so many birthdays and special events.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
One of the biggest challenges I have faced while starting my own business has been social media. Posting new content as often as I could always worried me but when I started to meet so many new and amazing people through my business page posting new content came a lot easier to me.
Starting my own business has not been easy but through all the learning and mistakes along the way I am so happy to have had the opportunity to share my love for baking with so many others.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My biggest supporters since day 1 have been my parents. They have gone to every pop up, every event and have even stayed up on those long nights to help me get through holiday sales. They have helped me grow as a business owner and I am very thankful for them.
