We had the good fortune of connecting with Lola Samuel and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lola, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Consistency and dedication are the key words here. I have created this brand ensuring that we maintain a unique taste and flavor in our food as we continuously create more savoring meals to our clients.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I have a 9-5 everyday job as a Project Manager working for the City of Dallas. My background is Law (Environmental Law/Management and Policy).

It definitely has not been smooth sailing all the way. We have had a few challenges along the way, some we have overcome and others we continue to tackle.

The most challenging struggle we have encountered is trying to put our name out there and growing as a brand.

We continue to use social media and other platforms available to create that awareness.

Consistency and dedication has kept us going.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I will start by welcoming them with a little taste of Triple K Grillz delicacies. Followed by trip around DFW Metroplex ( a visit to Dallas Cowboy Stadium, Arboretum, enjoy the scenery of downtown Dallas at sunset, and a good meal at the Reunion Tower.)

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate this to my sweetheart and greatest supporter, my wonderful husband Felix. He has remained my rock and strength throughout this journey.
