We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaime Resendiz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaime, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I started my real estate marketing company to help real estate agents with their business. The reason I started the business was because 1) the failure rate in real estate is extremely high (over 80%) 2) the marketers that ‘help’ agents charge them thousands and thousands of dollars without providing much in return.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I help real estate professionals eXponentially grow their business through actionable marketing strategies to eXponentially increase their bottom line. I started my career in healthcare where I was the CFO and then later the COO of a network of compounding pharmacies. I did that for 4.5 years before launching my own ventures. After my stint in healthcare I started a few companies, bought and sold others until I decided to centralize all of my efforts on helping real estate agents full time. The failure rate in real estate is EXTREMELY high and over 80%+ fail within the first 3 years. So I began educating real estate agents modern marketing strategies that work in all markets. It hasn’t been easy launching the new venture as there were many different pivots I had to take but now I am working with real estate agents in all 50 states, plus 5 countries. The growth of my marketing company has been beyond anything I thought possible and 2021 is already trending to triple 2020’s numbers.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Morning – Breakfast in Deep Ellum Mid Morning – Hang out downtown Ft Worth Lunch – Top Golf Afternoon – Go-cart racing Dinner – Go out for dinner…probably Pappadeaux.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shout out to my parents. They taught me the value of work and what it was to care for others unconditionally. Also, my brothers and sisters who supported me every way they could with the start of my venture.
