Meet Adeyemi Ridwan | Founder & Lead Strategist, Farcon Team

We had the good fortune of connecting with Adeyemi Ridwan and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Adeyemi, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Honestly, the idea came from frustration and ambition mixed together. I was tired of seeing businesses with great potential struggle simply because they didn’t understand digital marketing, 3D content, or how to present themselves online. I knew I could solve those problems with the skills I’d been building Shopify, ecommerce growth, 3D animation, cold email, content strategy, all of it.
Starting Farcon Team wasn’t some big dramatic moment. It was a simple decision: if nobody is going to create the kind of results-driven service I want to see, I’ll do it myself. I wanted freedom, I wanted to control my work quality, and I wanted to build something that actually impacts brands globally.
So the thought process was straightforward, identify real problems, use my expertise to fix them, and build a business that can evolve fast and stay ahead of the market. Farcon Team became my way of doing things the right way, without waiting for permission.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Farcon Team sits at the intersection of ecommerce marketing, 3D animation, content development and cold outreach. What sets us apart is simple we don’t just “do services,” we build outcomes. While many agencies chase trends, we focus on systems that actually move businesses forward: high-converting Shopify builds, powerful product animations, strategic email flows, and data-driven marketing.
I’m most proud of how far we’ve come without hype or shortcuts. Everything was built from real skills, real results and consistency. Watching clients go from struggling to scaling is what keeps me excited especially when a single strategy shifts their whole business.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I started with limited resources and had to teach myself almost everything. There were times I felt stuck, times nothing worked, and times I questioned if I should even continue. But I pushed through by staying curious, studying people ahead of me, and refusing to settle. Every challenge forced me to sharpen my thinking, improve my craft and stay disciplined.
The biggest lessons?
– Skills compound faster than luck.
– Consistency beats motivation.
– Your mindset determines your growth far more than your tools.
– Never wait for anyone to validate your dream.
What I want the world to know is this: Farcon Team was built on purpose, not pressure. We’re here to simplify digital growth for businesses and to deliver work that actually impacts the bottom line whether it’s a brand-new Shopify store or a 3D animation that brings a product to life.
My story isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about starting with what I had, growing with what I learned, and showing that you can create your own path if you’re willing to bet on yourself.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting, I’d plan the week around good food, real experiences, and places that actually show the personality of the area. I prefer authentic vibes over tourist hype.
On the first day, we’d keep things simple. Start with a calm breakfast at a local café and then take an easy walk around a quiet neighborhood or park just to catch up and shake off the travel stress.
The next day would be all about food and vibes. We’d grab lunch at a local spot where the food actually hits, then later in the evening head to a lounge with good music and a crowd that feels right. Nothing chaotic, just smooth energy.
By the third day, it’s time to explore a bit more. I’d take them to creative spaces, art spots, or markets where you meet interesting people and see the culture up close.
Day four would be the adventure day. Something fun and active like go-karting, bowling, or even a quick road trip to a scenic area. It’s the day to laugh, unwind, and feel like kids again.
On day five, we’d run a full food tour. Street food, hidden gems only locals know about, and one solid dinner at a place worth remembering.
The sixth day would be the nightlife moment. Not the wild, chaotic type just a chill night out with good drinks, good music, and a crowd that makes you feel at home.
For the seventh day, we’d slow things down. A relaxed brunch, maybe a little shopping or a spa moment, and just enjoy the last bit of calm before the trip ends.
For me, the best parts of any city are always the people, the food, the hidden spots, and those genuine moments you don’t plan. That’s the kind of week I’d give anyone visiting.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I definitely didn’t build this alone,so i want to give a shoutout to two major influences in my journey.
First, my core team members at Farcon Team, the people who show up with me every day, push ideas forward, and help turn raw concepts into real results, the people who grind with me, bring ideas to life, and keep the brand moving forward every single day. Their creativity, consistency, and loyalty make everything we do possible.
They’re the backbone of everything we create, and their consistency, creativity and loyalty keep the engine running.
And then there’s the founder of Theorem Team. I’ve always seen him as a mentor, even before I ever said it out loud. The way he builds, the way he thinks, the way he executes I watched his path closely and learned a lot just by studying how he does things. His approach shaped the way I operate today. I followed that mindset of structure, discipline and long-term thinking, and it had a real impact on how Farcon Team was built.
Both my team and my mentor influenced my growth in very different but powerful ways, and they absolutely deserve this recognition.
