We had the good fortune of connecting with Reachelle Kacz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Reachelle, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind Mineralogie’s success is our commitment to skin-first, ingredient-conscious formulas. By developing mineral-based, mostly natural products in-house—and prioritizing what’s safe for sensitive and acne-prone skin—we’ve earned lasting trust from estheticians and clients alike. That trust is what continues to fuel our growth.

What should our readers know about your business?
At Sunrea Marketing, I help beauty and wellness brands grow with clarity, strategy, and soul. What sets me apart is my deep industry insight paired with a hands-on, boutique approach—because I’ve sat on both sides of the table. After years in the corporate marketing world, I left to build something more personal and purposeful.

Was it easy? Not even close. Like many solopreneurs, I battled self-doubt: questioning whether I was “qualified enough” without a big agency behind me, wondering if I could actually make it on my own. But I kept showing up—refining my craft, building relationships, and letting results speak louder than fear.

What I’m most proud of is the way I get to help brands with heart find their voice and their audience. I want the world to know that success doesn’t have to look like hustle culture or a massive team. It can look like quiet confidence, aligned action, and trusting yourself—especially when that’s the hardest thing to do.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting Dallas, we’d kick off the week with Mambo Taxis and brisket tacos at Mi Cocina—because there’s no better intro to the city than a strong margarita and Tex-Mex. We’d catch a Dallas Stars game at the AAC for some electric energy and hometown pride.

Midweek, we’d keep it chill: coffees from White Rhino, a stroll through Bishop Arts for boutique shopping, and a picnic at Griggs Park with skyline views. For dinner, I’d book a cozy table at Avanti—a hidden gem with incredible Italian food and live jazz if we’re lucky.

We’d make time for some arts and culture too: maybe the Dallas Museum of Art, a show at The Majestic, and sunset views from Reunion Tower. The rest of the trip would be a mix of rooftops, farmer’s markets, and slow mornings with breakfast tacos. Dallas has a way of blending laid-back vibes with big city energy—and I’d want my best friend to feel that from start to finish.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely—this shoutout goes to our founder, Mary Van. Her vision, passion, and relentless dedication to clean, skin-loving beauty laid the foundation for everything we do at Mineralogie. Long before ‘clean beauty’ was a trend, Mary was formulating acne-safe, mineral-based makeup with estheticians in mind. Her leadership and pioneering spirit continue to inspire our team every day.
