Meet Noelle Pratt

We had the good fortune of connecting with Noelle Pratt and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Noelle, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
To me, fitness is an outlet. When the struggles of life weigh me down, I know I can go workout by myself or with friends and get the serotonin boost I need.
After I graduated college and retired from athletics, fitness was a great way for me to stay in shape and meet friends. It was very empowering.
I have been very blessed to have a great community, and have a positive mindset towards fitness and exercise. I understand that not everyone has had that experience, and I wanted to change that.
I wanted to create an empowering and positive fitness space for all regardless of age, status, or experience, so I created Noelle’s Fitness.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
At Noelle’s Fitness our objective is to meet our clients where they are and help them reach their fitness goals. We take our motto “love the body you’re in, while working for the one you want” very seriously. We aim to help people love their bodies at every stage, while encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle.
There can be a lot of pressure from society to look a certain way. A common myth I hear is that there is only one kind of look for “healthy”. In reality, that is not the case. Our hope is to debunk the myths and expectations of others, while helping our clients grow their self-confidence in their fitness journey.
We are still in the beginning stages of the business, so our main business goal is to grow and reach as many people as possible!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well it depends where you want to go!
If you’re more in the north area of DFW, Grandscape is always fun! They have live music on the weekends, fun activities, and good food!
Now if you’re in downtown, I personally like West End for all the museums, and Victory Park for the social scene. There is always something going on in Downtown!
If you’re visiting Fort Worth, you have to visit the Stockyards. Great shopping, restaurants, and a lot of Texas culture.
Honestly, you can’t go wrong wherever you go. There are so many options, and so many things to do in the DFW area.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to Cherilyn Wilson and Brooke Taylor. They were my biggest cheerleaders on my path to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. Their encouragement and advice has helped me be the trainer I am today!
I also want to shoutout my other colleagues Chanie Vazquez and Alex Marines for always supporting me and lifting me up.
It wouldn’t be a shoutout if I didn’t include my parents Robyn and Bruce Pratt. They are truly incredible and I am very thankful for them.
