We had the good fortune of connecting with Christa and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christa, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Daily was birthed out of a need that I saw in my neighborhood of East Dallas. So many of the residents here live an active and on the go lifestyle with not many healthy options to grab on a busy day. Each day that I would wrap up a run or a workout at the local gym, I would always want a fresh juice to replenish my body but there were no options nearby. I knew I wanted to fill this need but how? With the goal of a brick and mortar in mind, we decided to start small by offering delivery and partnering with local businesses to do pop ups. We exist to nourishing our community and we like to have fun while doing it!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Daily Juice Co. was founded in 2024 in East Dallas. Our journey began with an observation: Health and wellness culture can be intimidating, confusing, and discouraging. At Daily, we’re forming a people centered mission to make healthy living attainable and enjoyable for everyone. Our goal is to provide an approachable way for ordinary people to make a better choice for their health each day. To meet the need, we created a line of fresh, organic, cold pressed juices that not only taste great but also support a balanced lifestyle. We believe that everyone deserves to feel good, regardless of busy schedules or familiarity with wellness trends. At Daily, you will be encouraged to love your health journey. One better choice at a time. We feel strongly about offering our juices in their purest form. organic and free of any preservatives. Many of the juices on the shelves of stores undergo some sort of pressurization or pasteurization. We are dedicated to keeping our juices 100% raw to retain all of the nutritional properties.

It has been a journey to get here. The idea for my business sparked in August of 2022. The biggest obstacle between my idea and launching my business was myself. I battled so many insecurities comparing myself to other entrepreneurs and their journeys and skillsets. The mental battle was grueling. How could I be struggling so much to start a juice business? Sounds silly. I came to realize it was so much more than that. This was a formative time for me to learn to fight the lies in my head and
persevere. It took many pep talks, therapy sessions and some loving nudges from my husband (love you, babe!) until I finally gained the confidence to put one foot in front of the other and get ready to launch! My first event was August 31 2024 and it was truly a dream come true! Far more than selling some juices. It was a celebration of overcoming and a day that I felt so proud of myself and what I had built. One of my closest friends, once said to me “Let people help you win” and that has stuck with me. I can have a hard time asking for help for fear that I am “bothering” others but what a relief to have a community that wants help carry the load! I am truly so grateful and humbled! I am so excited to continue to serve and nourish my community. It has been a blast to see familiar faces at each event and build lasting partnerships with local businesses. The East Dallas community has been such a gift to me and my business!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love hosting people in my city! A visit to Dallas would include a walk around White Rock Lake followed by brunch at Ascension or Cultivar/Goodfriend Package. One day would be spent in Bishop Arts! It is so charming and fun with so many fun places to shop and yummy places to grab a coffee, drinks or dinner. We would get lunch at Tribal Cafe, coffee at Wayward Coffee, drinks at Tiny Victories or Atlas and dinner at my favorite restaurant in Dallas, Written By The Seasons! Another day could include coffee at Foxtrot and a walk on the Katy Trail and of course happy hour on the rooftop of HG Sply Co. If they are from out of state, BBQ and Tex Mex is a must so I would take them to Terry Blacks for BBQ and Mariano’s for Tex Mex and the yummiest margs!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am entirely here because of the support of my husband and community. Starting a business is hard. There are so many mental giants that have to be defeated and without the encouragement, accountability and support of my people, I would not be here. My core group of friends and my church community have cheered me on, prayed for me, labeled bottles, peeled oranges and bought product and they deserve all the honor and gratitude!
